Club Usage Fee
A fee payable by the member in order to:
- Activate one week (or 2 weeks) of entitlement.
- Carry forward the year's entitlement for future use (a maximum of two (2) years from original entitlement's start date).

Applicable only if the member chooses to gift his entitlement to another person. Guest Certificate Fee is waived for member's parents, spouse, and children. Supporting documents may be required for verification purposes.
Split Week refers to the option where a member chooses to split his/her entitlement into two (2) separate bookings. This fee is applicable, per booking, to Worldwide Selection properties.
Applicable to Worldwide Selection properties. This fee is waived for Home Resorts and Seasonal Collection. The amount of the booking fee will vary according to the number of nights, destination and hotel.
A fee charged for the extension of the validity period of the week entitlement for 6 months.
Applicable if a member wishes to transfer his membership to another individual.
Applicable to members' confirmed booking(s) at Home Resorts & Seasonal Collection properties if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to check-in date. Important: If the cancellation is made less than seven (7) days prior to check-in date, the week entitlement will be forfeited and the fee will not apply.
A fee charged to replace the membership card if the original is misplaced by the member.
A Premium Booking Fee may be required in particular cases such as (but not limited to) booking requests for specific travel dates/destinations, peak season travel periods, room/unit upgrade requests, etc. This fee is only applicable should the member choose to proceed with the booking.
